The first responder external defibrillator (FRED) Easy from Schiller uses semi-automatic operation, allowing the first responder to administer a lifesaving shock at the press of a button. The FRED Easy defibrillator has a simple layout, and features clear, easy to follow voice and text prompts, helping to guide the user throughout treatment. When applied to the patient, the electrode pads enable the FRED Easy to start analysing the patient's heart rhythm and establish if a shock is required.
